This location was clean, well-laid-out (from the parking lot to the retail space), and the employees were skilled and responsive. I love that I can pull in and have my trailer hooked up 4 minutes later. And the app integration (verifying the correct equipment, and taking photos) is really slick, quick and useful. Highly recommended.
This is my go to place for all uhaul things.
What is the point of using UHaul if you can't drop off the trailer at the closest UHaul to you?? So now my husband has to drive an hour to bring the flatbed trailer back to the original UHaul he borrowed it from?? Zero out of ten would NOT recommend San Tan Valley UHaul ever!
I wish Uhaul would offer set rates at least for 6 months or a year and not act like the Hotel industry. Aside from that and an entry door that needs readjustment because of people pulling on it too much everything was overall 5 star. I also really wish that U-Haul would not use synthetic fragrances in the restrooms because some people can have severe respiratory issues from say having a condition like asthma or having been exposed to a lot of chemicals in the service which could make them real reactive to synthetic fragrance... read more
The RV storage excellent, and the people at U-haul are nice and professional. Very secure, but also easy access anytime I needed the RV. On-site dump, and electrical hook up in every stall.
