Nightmare. We had an in-depth discussion in front of the person who we got our truck from discussing that there is a drop off location right by our house. We are from out of town and it wasn't feasible to drive all the way back. We took the truck to the location on Maps that was right by our house, but they are no longer a Uhaul. Went to 2 other locations nearby, both showed hours online stating that they were open. Neither was open. We stored my daughters dorm room items for the summer and almost filled a 5x5 storage unit. When my wife and daughter went to pick the items up there were only 5 boxes in the room and her comforter. All her winter clothes, text books, lines, boots, coats, futon, refrigerator, and most of her personal items were gone. The manager said they had to cut the lock off the unit in May because we had our stuff stored in the wrong unit, the unit he had shown us. He also admitted to leaving it unlocked overnight. I was using 24/7 storage for only about 4 months. When I got my things out of storage, I noticed that there where little rice looking beetle bugs all over my blankets. I had to end up throwing away the whole box along with my blankets. I am not sure how they got there but they weren't there before I placed the box in storage. Very gross.

AWFUL COMPANY! Our moving truck was OVERBOOKED! Maintenance was not done on it, as it went directly to us. We ended up being delayed 5 hours and had to reschedule the movers. We purchased the Safemove protection with roadside assistance. They TRUCK BROKE DOWN ON TOP OF THE PASS IN 105 DEGREE WEATHER, our niece and nephew (we're raising), FAMILY PETS, a FULLY STOCKED FRIDGE and FREEZER with ice bags, including ORGANIC SKINCARE for my BUSINESS and our 2 cars. The overall storage and premises is clean. But the office smells like dirty socks. They up the space without telling you. Then I was loyal customer and they still up the price for the upgrades. They want a commission if I want to sell a trailer by the front gate so people can see the trailer besides the monthly fee. Do not rent from them.

took my vehicle in excepting to pay for an alternator, but Nick found a wire loose and I didn't need the alternator. awesome and honest
