Terrible! I made reservations for a truck and it was supposed to be $50 fee guaranteed reservation. I find out the morning of my reservation that the truck is not available and they changed my reservation to pick up at a different time and location!!! Terrible experience and will never use them again!

Air conditioning system for climate control units has been broken for a week with zero notice given. Came in to find my pictures melted together. Zero refund, apology, or even care given by general manager or staff.
Customer service was far from par . Paul is very rude . Go to metro for rental needs.
