When I arrived I was greeted by the owner, Paula. She was extremely polite and professional. She walked me through the best options for my move, and went above and beyond showing me truck features that I want familiar with. I have used multiple u haul locations in Las Vegas. Paula makes the experience pleasant and I'd say she's the best uhaul vendor i have dealt with, personally.

That it was a simple process. And the young lady that helped us had a good pleasant attitude. Returning was no issues, quick easy return. And the price was great just for a couple of hours to move 4 pieces of furniture.
Taria was super helpful, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable. Would definitely recommend this location to everyone. Out of all of my experiences I’ve had with uhaul, she’s been the one that sticks out the most with her customer service and professionalism. I wish all of your employees were this helpful. Give that woman a raise cause she definitely deserves it!!!
