I would give 0 stars if possible. It’s happened TWICE! I get there after opening hours and before closing hours and the doors are always locked. It’s incredibly unbelievable that we don’t have access to our storage when the hours are “7am - 7pm”. Management is completely unhelpful, all they tell you is “we are experiencing technical difficulties” what could possibly go wrong with coming to open the door that is locked with a key?? Unacceptable! We got the storage cause they promised 24hr access but it’s incredibly frustratin... read more
