Highly recommend this rental & storage location. They are a beautiful, clean and very well-stocked facility. Everyone we interacted with at the facility was professional and extremely helpful. When there was an issue with some of the supplies we purchased, they worked with me to get a comparable product replacement. We weren't able to fit everything into the truck, so we ended up renting a storage unit and inside everything is very clean and secure. I have to say the service I received from today was outstanding. Chase went above and beyond to make sure the trailer I rented was what I needed and his knowledge and professional manner was at a level you don't always see.

Told that they provide a service that they cannot seem to provide. I walk into the store and not 1 but 2 employees, who are getting on the clock getting paid Tell me they're not qualified to pump Propane, then why do you sell it and how were you left here alone?? You are not qualified to fill propane that this store sells!? absolutely unacceptable. If you get hired somewhere and they provide certain services, then you should be certified before you were left at a store by yourself....
