Everything seems amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean, organized and secure. We looked at several other facilities and this was hands down the best.

One star because of new management. They have the personality of a rock. Stephanie prior did an outstanding job. The new GM called and emailed multiple me times when my unit was ONE yes ONE day late. Moreover I explained to him I'll put a new credit card on file the next day and pay for the unit and please just relax which i did! He out of spite puts a store lock on my unit anyway! It was paid that next day mind you. 3 days pass and I proceed to my paid unit and the lock is stil on it. It should of been removed the same day ... read more

I was dreading having to find and deal with a storage unit, but then I came to the Chamber Dr. Uhaul facility. It is spotlessly clean, brightly lit, and run with all efficiency. I even feel safe coming here by myself or with my children. All of the employees I have spoken with have been incredibly pleasant, kind, and helpful. This is an unusually well-run business in a day when it seems many people in shops or other businesses have stopped caring about providing good customer service.
