First off i want to give a big thank you to David, the general manager for going above and beyond to help us during our move. I rented a box truck and a storage unit and he made the process so smooth! The box truck i rented was clean, had plenty of pull and was very maneuverable. The facilities were clean and well managed, no dirt or off smells anywhere. The pricing and quality of everything felt too good to be true. Great business and atmosphere overall- 100/10 would definitely recommend this location for your moving needs!
I rented to 5 x 5s, lost a set of keys. When there today and had the pleasure to speak with Dave. He told me that there was a 50 fee to get it unlocked and a new lock. Well I really needed in there and won't have the money Intill this weekend. He said he would cut the lock and just pay it this weekend. Well he cut it got it opened. Couple minutes later, he said you have been so nice in going to wave the fee and get you a new lock. He said God Bless you and sent me on my way. Ease of getting the truck online so you think once you go in it's a whole different story
The online reservation was easy, the pickup of my trailer was timeless, and very quick, and the drop-off was even quicker. Uhaul cares as much about my time as I do theirs. They're an amazing company! Thanks So Much! Rob
Everyone at this location was extremely polite and helpful. I was having a lot of difficulty with the wiring between my truck and their trailer, and the mechanics fixed it very quickly and affordably. Morgan especially helped a lot, tracking down a part I needed but they didn't have in stock. The process was made significantly less difficult by all wonderful staff here going above and beyond to help me move. I can't recommend this location enough for anyone trying to rent a one-way trailer.
