Multiple employees were not wearing masks at all or wearing masks incorrectly dangling off their faces. U-Haul does not seem to care about state and county mandates or public health and safety. Very disappointed.

I usually do not review places unless I find it absolutely necessary, I'm usually very lenient. I've never come across such incompetent, lazy, and pathetic staff. Cashier Jacque B. and the supervisor on site had absolutely no clue what they're doing and kept changing prices out of thin air, cashier couldn't even stand out of her seat to verify anything, head on the desk. You need to get your act together. I've canceled my contract and gone to your competitor down the street. Pathetic.
The staff has been friendly, and the location is convenient. The free use of flat carts is great! Parking is a nightmare for loading and loading. For this reason alone I don't recommend this location; they have too many vehicles and not enough parking. People park and leave vehicles in the loading zone, when they aren't loading or unloading. Uhaul trucks used the passenger car area, and one has been parked there for hours today. Very inconvenient.
