The staff are kind, helpful, and efficiently run a clean store. However, the company's shift to requiring insurance and a steep increases in per-mile costs have radically increased the price of even the cheapest rental vehicles. Fees and tax included, it would cost the same to pay a company a steep delivery fee, rather than do the moving work on one's own. Sure isn't how it used to be. I'll think long and hard before I consider renting another Uhaul.
Tough on Oklahoma roads, but i'll have to write their congressmen about that! Got us from Arkansas to to Kansas to Minnesota alive and mostly in one piece. Clean when I got it and easy to pickup and return.
One of the best locations to rent, any trucks, trailers, or outdoor trailers in the Twin Cities.
Super nice, helped me take my car off of the tow dolly!
It was a quick and easy trailer drop off.
