Location does not honor contracts agreed up on when purchasing stored items at their respective auctions. When purchased in paperwork from auction company, it states you have 72 hours to remove items. This location is making up their own rules and only allowing 24 hours or less. Obviously contracts mean nothing to them.
Unprofessional ,ignorant ,rude, scamming money off people cards, double charging people all type of crazy stuff truck had weed and cigarettes ash was dirty no dolley no gas had the nerve to charge me for the last person not handling the truck responsibly I did a walk through video for documentation of the truck before I pulled off complained about all this and they didn’t even honor the video these people must really want a lawsuit! Very accommodating! I had made a mistake with moving into one of the storage units and they were very accommodating and helpful in getting things fixed and sorted. Would recommend!
I came here to get a tow hitch installed on my car for a bike rack. If I were to do it over again, I'd choose a different location as I can echo some of the other reviews that the customer service isn't great.
It was fine service etc.
