I made a reservation a week prior to pick up. Called before I left my house to go pick up the truck and they said the had the size we reserved. We get there and they try to give me the biggest truck they have, stating they sent out a text saying they switched the size. which was not done at all. After standing there waiting to see if they could find the size we reserved, they said they couldn't find any that was one way and we would have to bring it back to the causeway location. not what I reserved. U-Haul is the absolute worse as they give you trucks with no fuel and then expect you to bring it back the same way. If you are late bringing the truck, back they will stick you for another day. They also promise you a truck size which is followed by a $50 corporate promise, but then the corporate idiot tells you are not eligible. Done with U-Haul!! Go with Penske or another service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was made to believe that I was renting a climate controlled unit as I had expressed that I had some nice furniture that I needed to store and protect. 5 months later I go in my unit to find EVERYTHING completely covered in mold and mildew. They directed me to file a claim with their insurance just to be then told that the claim is DENIED because Uhaul can NOT be held liable due to the fact that they have a dehumidifier in the building. 1 small dehumidifier for a long hallway of units.
