I will not use this location again. I made a reservation on 2/12. I requested a utility dolly and a furniture dolly. I arrive the day of my move and am told there are none. She checked another store that is not close who had some but I was told that I would have to pay the mileage to go get them when they were already part of my reservation. I had to decide to pay mileage or purchase a dolly there that I do not need to keep. So I paid $86 for a dolly because I needed one immediately for the move!! THIS IS A SCAM!!! I’m repor... read more
The group working were very pleasant and easy to work with. They made the process simple and quick.
There’s nothing to improve , the staff is amazing . I rent pretty often from Uhaul on Fulton , and every-time it’s an easy process. They go above and beyond , and also great spirited which means a lot in a world where most don’t like their jobs . I recommend this location to all of my family and friends because of the standard they keep . Waking up early , sometimes i’m tired and a bit sluggish but as soon as I walk through the doors of the Uhaul I am greeted with a big smile and I can honestly say it’s creates a better star... read more
