The whole staff is Rude & unprofessional. Would not recommend. I left & went to a different location.
Upon my return I was told by a gentleman that his manager was sitting in the car outside and I would have to wait. He pointed out the window where there was a person sitting in their car smoking. I asked if the manager was working and he responded yes but didn't offer to get the manger just said I had to wait. I told him I had to leave and he asked if I needed a receipt or could it be emailed. I told him I would have liked a paper receipt but didn't want to wait for the manager to finish smoking. Exceptional customer service from Ms. Edy. The truck was very clean, easy to drive and met our moving needs. The return process was easy as well. The location was also very convenient for me.
