This U-Haul location on Forest Park was truly an oasis in the middle of a very frustrating moving day. After being sent to two different U-Haul dealers that did not have the equipment I had reserved, arriving here was a completely different experience. The location was clean, organized, professional, and well-stocked with equipment. The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient. I’ve rented twice from this location and found that the young gentleman that works there at the counter is extremely helpful and courteous. The transaction and process to check out and check in the vehicle was seamless and easy. I’d highly recommend this location to others.
Great fast experience
The hefty lady with the wig on was unfriendly and dry. And barely any help. I was told one price over the phone and presented a different one at the door.
