When it comes to U-Haul rental locations in South Atlanta, you are extremely lucky if you get a working truck and they don't try to pull a mileage or fuel level scam on you when you return it. So I picked the highest rated location around here, held my breath, and rented another truck. Wow what a fantastic difference a location and an agent can make! Other than not being able to leave my car at the facility while I was using the truck, everything went smoothly.
I just want to give a big shoutout to Mr. Kanan at U-Haul Storage on Cleveland Ave! His customer service was truly top-notch. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with professionalism, patience, and a great attitude.
