Was able able to walk in and grab a trailer i needed as it was raining. Very easy they helped hooked it up and drop off was same. Very friendly employees.
This is by far the best U-Haul location in central Illinois. We don't rent from any others because they are such a sub-par experience. Love Mark and the whole team who takes care of my DJ crew every weekend when we're renting.
They went above and beyond to help me with my hitch and wiring for a 2026 vehicle. Service was excellent and both gentleman working were friendly. I highly recommend this particular U-Haul. I will be telling all my friends in Galesburg (where we lived) that’s it’s 100% worth the drive! I am so relieved after a stressful few works dealing with a company in Galesburg. Thank you so much!!
