These guys that run and work at this facility are the best humans I have met! They go above and beyond to help you and make sure you are taken care of! Really service that is so rare these days! They really do put the customer first, stay humble, see things from your perspective ,and make sure every need is met! Really top notch if I could give 10 stars I would they deserve a vacation and a raise everyone of them!
THIS PLACE IS JUST ANOTHER U-HAUL GOAT ROPE THAT IS LOCKED UP WITH NO OFFICE AND NOBODY ON DUTY OR AVAILABLE IN AN OFFICE OR RETAIL STORE TO SELL BOX'S OR EVEN HOOK YOU UP WITH THE NECESSITIES LIKE A TRUCK, HITCH OR? PICTURES WITH REAL PEOPLE AND TRUCKS WERE ALSO TAKEN AT ANOTHER PHYSICAL ADDRESS. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!
So let me start out by saying I got 2 units here over 4 years ago. When I first moved in, there was the zip tie with the tag saying ready to move in... BOTH units had a bunch of stuff still in there that I had to remove. My boyfriend had the same issue with both units he rented after me. One unit, the door was damaged at the latch area.
