Mixed experience- first call was answered by very helpful person. Calling back next day, person barely answers phone. Call back, picks up but no noise. Call again at this point I’m fuming and just want to be acknowledged or at least say “I’m on my lunch break please call back”. Either teach people how to do customer service, hire enough staff to do so, or provide them with hold options. Do better Uhaul. Some of us can ONLY call when we are out on lunch breaks too.
Everything went perfect for its intended purpose. Nothing comes close to be a much better option. Will surely rent again should a need come up. Highly recommended. Thank you!
Juan is very disrespectful to paying customers, and obviously unhappy. Disgusting.
the staff is very rude "first park your car correctly, then I'll talk to you". they didn't have the trailer we reserved, they only informed us about it a day before. They offered a larger trailer, which technically didn't fit my car at all. uhaul refused to look for the trailer I needed in other places. if you respect yourself, avoid this place
