Excellent service very efficient. Everything went well. The vehicle was great.
Everyone is very professional, efficient, and friendly.
The manager at this location is a nightmare to deal with.
The first part of this review is about the location in San Rafael, California which should be avoided for sure if you have an option, but really my issue overall is with the U-Haul itself and not being able to count on a vehicle being available after you’ve made and PAID for a reservation. Here’s my experience. I reserved a truck thru the U-Haul app and immediately got a text letting me know that my “rental was unavailable” even though it showed available as I paid the fees.
