New manager, much nicer. Good selection of equipment. Clean
Check-in was super easy, getting the rental was easy, Konrad was clear with instructions and provided clear expectations of the rental agreement. There was another Team Member working specifically getting the rentals out and checked back in and he was a great help as well! I drove a bit too far when checking back in and he helped me back up through their lot. Truly a great time and excellent service. Thank you!
Chargers me a $25 cleaning fee because they said there was a footprint in the drivers side gas pedal.
