I don't think they take responsibility for the movers they affiliate with even though they take a cut of what the movers charge. Otherwise, all good
The kid working the desk is not very professional, almost rude. I asked him what time they closed, he told me 5:30 which I later found out was not correct. So I rushed all day only to find out they actually closed at 7. Kind of disappointing.
Great customer service
Easy process. Friendly help. Great equipment I loved the pick-up truck! Easy to drive and manage. Felt safe. So pleased with how this all went. Thank you!
