This location is business practices and ethics are questionable to say the least. Management is unwilling to work with customers and provide this thing that’s called customer service! Do yourself a favor and go rent in Petaluma not from this location because they will take all of your money and then some. The manager should be fired.

This place is terrible. Here is a summary of what happened to me: 1. I arrived to pickup my truck to find out that it was incorrectly given out to the person right before me. 2. I reserve/use a new truck so I can complete my move. 3. After the fact, Uhaul charges me for both trucks even though the employee took 20-30 minutes to "note" the situation. 4.
