Staff was very friendly and helpful both times I’ve came in.
I rented a truck from this location 5-6 weeks ago. Due to their poor cleaning standards I contracted microsporum canis (commonly know as ringworm) for the first time in my life. It was on a spot of my leg that was exposed to the seat. I ruled out every other possible point of exposure and the timeline fit perfectly with when I had the truck. Tanesha & the older black gentleman (forgot name, sorry) outside were extraordinary in helping me return my truck & open a jammed lock. I HAD a storage here & cancelled it when I arrived to find out the unit is on the second floor & they HAVE NO ELEVATOR!!! I have to wait a few days for a refund, but the employees that helped with that were pleasant & understanding.
