Tanesha & the older black gentleman (forgot name, sorry) outside were extraordinary in helping me return my truck & open a jammed lock. I HAD a storage here & cancelled it when I arrived to find out the unit is on the second floor & they HAVE NO ELEVATOR!!! I have to wait a few days for a refund, but the employees that helped with that were pleasant & understanding.
Great customer service. Made it very easy to rent and to return.
We stopped to get propane, and there is nobody here that knows how to fill the propane tank. A waste of time. Waste of gas, we will never come here again and do not recommend.
