Uhaul staff are fantastic at north Tucson on Frontage road.
Staff at this Uhaul are top notch. I am retired military and have a lot of experience with uhaul. Not always good ones. The people on staff here go the extra mile for their customers. While I was checking out, one of the staff was helping a lady with a hitch issue, I was impressed with the care he took with her. By far the best Uhaul place I have ever done business with.
It has been a very rough couple of months for me. The team at this location has been the best of my transition from Peoria to Tucson. I've interacted most with Wesley and both Garys. I probably haven't been the best customer with keeping up with the time rules but if able, they helped. From system issues with my ubox to accommodating when able, I truly appreciate the experience here during this time.
