No customer service what so ever waited 10 minuets to buy a box then the woman didn’t know how to ring it up! They need a new manager and employees that know how to do something! Waste of time going to that place slim to no service out of them people!
first they tried to talk me into a larger trailer sadly they lied and said could not hook up trailer lights because they had no y connections. it was a lady there so she told him okay she would just go somewhere else the fact of the matter is that particular vehicle does not use y connections I guess the technician was just lazy on a Saturday afternoon
Rental trailer was not on lot at designated time for pickup and closest rental was over ten miles away. I'm on a time frame and nobody in the store was helpful. I'll never use U-Haul again
