I scheduled a truck pickup at 8:00am. They didn’t leave the keys in a drop box so I had to wait until 9:00am for the office to open. When I checked in with the office, they gave me the wrong key! If I didn’t notice the keys didn’t match the license plate in my contract, I would’ve driven off with the wrong/uninsured truck!! The truck itself was clean but super old and used 5MPG! Everything from reserving my cargo van rental to the pick up and right through to the drop off was extremely smooth. The UHaul employees Caleb David and Lee were all very professional, friendly , and very knowledgeable about their products and services. I’ll certainly be using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for one stop shopping for all your van and truck rental needs …. Keep up the great work!!
