Very fluid and straightforward drop-off for a 26ft truck rental. The attendant was extremely friendly and communicative. No qualms whatsoever. Keep up the great work!
The staff who helped me connect/disconnect the trailer I rented were courteous, polite and friendly. The guy manning the desk for check-in was super efficient running two lines at once so that people wouldn't have to wait. Overall noticeably impressive customer service.
The services from the General Manager and the employees were excellent. I really appreciate their professional assistance with explaining my rental contract. I would recommend this U-Haul location to all!
Don’t. I scheduled the installation of a hitch and wiring harness. The appointment was canceled after I arrived as the installer was unable to make it to work. The hitch was installed at the rescheduled second trip. I returned a third time because the wiring harness was tucked under the bumper so far that I had to crawl under the car to plug in the lights. I had the car serviced elsewhere and the shop told me the wiring harness was wrapped around the exhaust and a fire hazard. I made a 4th trip to U-Haul but to a different U... read more
