As a first time customer trying to get a U Haul customer service was horrible. The owner was really rude especially in front of other customers and made me feel uncomfortable. Will not be going here again!
U-haul is great!
I bought my tires from the big tire store down the street. A couple of years later one of my tires had a slow leak, it had a nail in it, the big store guy told me they couldn't repair the tire that I needed a new tire so I took my truck to Medinas, and they repaired the " un repairable" tire and is still good. I recommend this place .
Had a pretty lousy experience. The AC went out on the truck 15 minutes into the trip. The drivers side sun visor was broken off and left on the floor of the van. The ignition switch would stick and have to be juggled around sometimes to start the van. I left the van with more gas than I started with and was still charged $13 for additional gas. If you must use U haul, avoid this location.
To be fair. Very expensive place, no warranty, no guarantee ,no friendly service, nothing. They didn't care about helping & only wanted money if something more damaged after the fact , oh well you drove off no warranty or break on additional parts. I do not recommend this place , very poor ethics & only reason I give 1 star is the parts do last after I paid again 2 times to fix .
