The customer service is non existent here. The manager spoke to me while looking in another direction. Rented a truck with dolly for a mobile pickup. The dolly wasn’t in the truck so I had to wait an hour for them to open while paying my movers $20 each for that hour to stand around and wait. Their only resolve was to not pay for the dolly. In the end, she discounted the truck rental -$20 also. But without any apology or kindness. Their 3.2 stars make sense.
