On 7/20, I updated an auto transport reservation for 7/21. This location said that reservation was cancelled, no updates. For 3days I was given the run-around and consistent WRONG information. Corporate, Scheduling and Customer Service made this move HORRIBLE. Then 900 Roswell St showed up. Shout out to Keyshawn, Dericka, GM Erica, and Jayla. The convenience of the mobile pick up and drop off of uhaul after the hours of store operation is great.
What can I say about Ericka and her team? They are always pleasant and willing to accommodate whatever is needed. I will always come to this U-Haul location for this location.
I don't expect 5-star experiences from UHaul but the movers they set me up with were not worthy of the term. Note: I'm writing the review here instead of in UHaul's system because UHaul wouldn't allow me to write a review on their site; read on and maybe see why. I only needed 2 hours of help from 2 movers to get a single bedroom loaded onto a truck moving from Marietta, GA to Orlando, FL (460 miles). Payton Family Movers showed up with the dad and 2 sons.
