Pretty great staff!!
I visited this place to have a hitch installed. Employees are amazing! !! The Great skillful technical expert, he was reliable and very kind!! And,I can not remember her name who works at the reception but , she is so nice. She explained why it took longer time very kindly. Even though it took long time to get the service, I am fully satisfied! ! Because their service and skill are perfect!!!!
It was a pleasure storing my items at your facility. The facility was always clean and well lit, the staff were always available for questions and extremely friendly to. I will use your facility again if needed in the future
Reserved a trailer, even talked to a rep to make sure they were open on the stat. They sent a email 2 days before moving that another trailer could be picked up in a city an hour away and a size that was not compatible with our vehicle. The 800 # said to call this morning and gave us another town to pick up in an 90 mins away. Cancelled and now scrambling for a new trailer. These company is a joke. What's the use of a reservation.
