Their customer service and scheduling department are useless in helping customers find solutions to their problems. They love to leave you on hold for a ridiculous amount of time and offer you nothing but a headache. Long story short, uhaul is awful.

Never using UHaul again. I was notified with less than 24 hours that the truck I'd reserved a month in advance wasn't available and since I had no other option with such short notice, I had to go with the massive oversized truck they offered me in exchange (that I didn't want or need) and drive all the way to Humboldt to pick it up. I wasn't compensated for my time (4 hours with construction there and back), the wear and tear on my personal vehicle, or the gas needed for both the truck and my personal vehicle.
