My friend booked a uhaul four weeks in advance, and was told the day before their moving date that they were to pick up the uhaul in a different city that is an hour and a half away. I don't know what these reviews are talking about. I went in the store to pick up my reservation. Upon my surprise my reservation was bumped to another U-Haul (1.5hrs away), this is ever inconvenient, but not the fault of the store. I understand that they can't control when a rental doesn't come back. Daniel and his team did everything that they could in getting me a truck (yes it was a size bigger) but they reassured me that it was an identical truck so I left with the peace of mind, that Daniel would help out in any way po... read more
This was my first time using Uhaul. I've used to he a mover so I knew how to move. But I am very impressed with how easy it was to book and how friendly the employees were. I enjoyed my experience with Uhaul. My friend is moving her boyfriend from a small town east of humbolt and I am gonna use this company. It was extremely affordable supplies were extremely cheap.
