8/24/25 I tried to call this U-Haul to book a truck a trailer and moving pads. Everything I needed. I am so used to dealing with U-Haul. They are normally fabulous. Today I called the store and I was treated so disrespectful. I was talk to you like I was dumb the man would not help me when I asked to talk to a manager. He denied me then hung up on me. Rude on the phone. Just hung up, taking business elsewhere.
I was nervous ,because I was wrongly informed about the payment method and thought, wouldn't be to rent a truck! The gentleman wasp patiently, knowledgeable,and that allowed me to relax.
Please go somewhere else if possible. First they gave me the wrong hitch which cost me a ton of time and money. Then I set up a new appointment two weeks later. Day of appointment I drop off my car and 20 minutes later they call me and say they don’t have the correct hitch in stock. They had two freaking weeks to check if they had the part and they neglected to do so. I feel so bad for the girl at the front desk because she was getting yelled at by another unsatisfied customer.
