I was rented a truck that was paddle locked with no key to lock! Was super time consuming and unproductive. Then the manager told me it was my problem. Super terrible customer service! Spent three phone calls with corporate to only receive the 50 dollars it cost to go extra miles to a return location that wasn’t as close as one by our house! Bad business and manager!!!
Good customer service and nice rental fleet to choose from.
Was told from another location that this one would definitely be able to fill propane. The rude employee just dismissed my girlfriend with a "Nope". So not knowing your job is acceptable at Uhaul I guess.
