I’ve always had great customer service with this location. Even when they were understaffed before, they always did their best. Truck was clean and ready to go (just as the last 2 rentals were). I also had 2 storage units there. It was so convenient to load my belongings right there from the location. I recommend them and would rent from in the future.
They hooked up the trailer for me, and took it off when I returned it. Quick, easy and convenient. Also rented me a storage container for one month free when I arrived. Very handy.
U Haul a place you go to rent a truck or mover but they dont ever have any available. Get more employees to help in the front too waiting 30 minutes and then being told there's nothing available is pretty crazy. Horrible customer service
