The process was quick and easy, the staff was friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly. I would definitely use U-Haul again and highly recommend them!
The truck was shabby but it worked out. The door stuck, the tire light, and service lights stayed on. There was a Crack in windshield, ds headlight, and passenger side door had a dent. But my one Day 15 mile rental went smoothly.
Very good service
UHaul of Anchorage worked with me long distance, while I was navigating a hard moving experience. Howie, Britney and the team were helpful and solution oriented. I was able to get clear instructions on next steps, get my stuff repacked and on it's way to my new home. My Ubox arrived before the guaranteed date and was safe and sound. Thank you Howie!!
