I will give this review zero stars if I could. This facility lies about the stock that they have on hand. I originally tried to get a larger vehicle. That way I can make less trip trips back-and-forth between two storage units that I’m moving stuff. The day before I went to the U-Haul center that is attached to this review when I went inside, they stated that they did not have anything except for 10 foot box vans and lower due to high demand. Great customer service, helpful. The team bent over backwards helping me and made sure the trucks ( used them alot) are clean safe & ROAD WARRIOR WORTHY. CERTAINLY WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
Had LP for RV onboard tank. Ridiculous price for LP, difficult to get into and out of parking lot (no room to park). Pressed button for service 3 times. Finally started walking into the store, employee came out. Did not vent the LP tank upon filling.
