We're really happy with our recent experience getting a new furnace with UG Nason's. The salesperson was very experienced and didn't try to oversell us a system. The installers were very professional, friendly and quick. Great job!
I called Monday morning at 8:10am needing a service tech for a no heat condition on my HVAC. Viktor arrived by 11:30 ish! He diagnosed the problem and made the repair all the while wearing booties to protect the floors in our home. He was professional, knowledgeable and even helped me with understanding more about the system and its maintenance. I couldnt have asked for more.
It's rare to find contractors who you have 100% trust in their services. In the automobile service business it's like giving your keys to the service tech and just say fix whatever and call me when your done. U G Nasons have been in business over 100 years and it's because of who they are and the trusting relationship they have developed with their customers.
Technician was very thorough and informative. Took time to explain the issues and performed a temporary fix until new control board was available.
I am delighted with Nasons and, in particular, their technician Victor. He went above and beyond in his work on my HVAC system. I have been disappointed by other companies that I have used but I am delighted to have found Nasons. Other folks charge a lot of money and then tell you they don't know what is wrong. Nason's hires smart technicians and the company and their employees know what they are doing. I would totally recommend Nason's.
