Quality company. Very professional. Responded to our inquiries in a very timely fashion. The office staff are pleasant and cooperative. The technician was pleasant, knowledgeable, and explain things well to our level of understanding re: HVAC. A big plus was that they were also extremely reasonable in terms of price. We will definitely call them in the future regarding HVAC needs. 5 star recommendation!

The technician that came to the house today was awesome. Our furnace went out through the night and he had a fixed in no time. Thumbs up for them.
Our furnace stopped working on December 31. Although, we had all the manuals, we couldn't figure out what was wrong. Nason's picked up the phone on a holiday, and sent a man out later that afternoon. Their HVAC tech was cordial and informative. He showed us what to look for, and what to check to make sure the furnace was working properly. He quickly determined that the problem was a blown sensor and he had it replaced in an hour. The furnace is working fine now, thanks to fast action from Nason's.
One of the sweetest families Ive had the pleasure of working with. Highly recommend!
