The young man that came to our home to do the maintenance on our system was very nice and knowledgeable. He answered our questions and concerns and completed the task in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. We are very happy with the service! --Gina Sottile
The technician that came to the house today was awesome. Our furnace went out through the night and he had a fixed in no time. Thumbs up for them.
Our furnace stopped working on December 31. Although, we had all the manuals, we couldn't figure out what was wrong. Nason's picked up the phone on a holiday, and sent a man out later that afternoon. Their HVAC tech was cordial and informative. He showed us what to look for, and what to check to make sure the furnace was working properly. He quickly determined that the problem was a blown sensor and he had it replaced in an hour. The furnace is working fine now, thanks to fast action from Nason's.
One of the sweetest families Ive had the pleasure of working with. Highly recommend!
Nothing but positive things to say about our experience with Nason's. The motor on our boiler stopped working and needed to be replaced. We were a new customer and able to have a technician come in same day and issue repaired in 48 hours. Nason's technician, Chris, was friendly and very thorough at explaining the problem and solution. He gave great updates throughout the process. Both Maria and Connie in the office have been a pleasure to communicate with as well. I wish we were using this team since day one!
