Chris was my tech. He was fast, and efficient. Had the issue diagnosed quickly, ran to the shop for a part and was back in 20 minutes. He was here at the beginning of the time window they gave me. AND I called only a few hours before. It was not emergent and they still came to my house same day. I love that! Thanks Chris!
