Ive always purchased parts here but dont think I will be back.. bought a part for $56.. didnt end up needing it... took it back a few days later and got charged a 25% restocking fee So I paid $14 for absolutely nothing.. Really really bad policy guys... this is not the way to win customers over
Needed a heating element (part# 3387747) for a Whoorlpool duet dryer remembered U Fix It so I dropped in and purchased one for $75.00 including tax. Thought price seemed high but took it and went on my way. Got home googled the element and found several sites where same part as available for $20 - $25 bucks. I understand needing to make a profit to cover overhead etc but in this case I feel I got ripped off wont be back and wont be recommending them to anyone I know.
