i don’t like how they selling cars
El lunes pasé por este lugar buscando un nuevo carro, la verdad no sabía que comprar y me sentía perdida pero Gabriela me mostró muchas opciones, tenía mucha experiencia y me explicó todo súper bien, fue de mucha ayuda, hice una compra inteligente gracias a su ayuda. Bad Service . help my cousin to buy a Land Rover on Dec 6 2024. not putting his name to security And still giving me issue til this date Jan 24 2025 Since I got the vechile was brought back to the dealership 4. Times has lot mechanical issues and they don’t resolve the problem. Bad dealer got my money and now none is available to talk! DONT BUY HERE U DRIVE THE WORST
Yesterday morning, I called to confirm the availability of a vehicle listed online, and the staff assured me it was in stock. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership, only to be told upon arrival that the car had “just sold the day before.” The staff member I was instructed to ask for seemed confused and acted as if our earlier conversation never happened. This lack of communication and disregard for my time was highly unprofessional and disappointing.
If I can give ZERO stars I would. I gave my partner my birthday money to go get us a car, we were better off with him just getting a bike and we would've gotten a bike and figured out to get a car a little bit later down the road. Got sold a car had it for literally 6hours to just take it back the next day for them to keep it a month claiming it car was at Mercedes getting fixed but got the car back with even more problems.
