Soon as I pulled in I knew something wasn’t right about it i talked to a guy over the phone named David and told him what I had for down payment and everything else and he said everything was good to go I drove 2 hours and got there and he wasted my time. The cars look good on outside but I can guarantee you that they won’t get you far. After wasting my time and gas I give a 1 star.
Salesperson Alejandro said 30 minutes before I came that he just checked and the car is here. As soon as I come he starts playing dumb and 10 minutes later says they just took the car to “service” avoid this dealer as much as possible. Edit: this is how salesmen start texting you after you call them out.
This car lot is a scam and a joke and tells you nothing but lies about the information about the vehicle that they are selling the year. On top of that they made us drive 5 hours away to get the vehicle that we was after they done sold it out from underneath us after we came 5 hours away and they knew that we were coming to pick it up what a bad business but terrible people that work there stay away from this car lot cuz it a scam
Compré un vehículo usado en este dealer el 1 de diciembre de 2025 y mi experiencia ha sido muy decepcionante. Fui atendida por el señor Andrés, junto con el personal de financiamiento. Desde el momento de la compra, el vehículo presentaba un problema con los chivillones, los cuales no funcionaban correctamente. A pesar de que yo tenía un saldo pendiente de $500 con el dealer, la solución que me ofrecieron fue que no les pagara ese dinero y que arreglara el problema por mi cuenta, dándome a entender que era mi responsabilidad... read more
