I had an amazing experience on the tour with Lindsay! She was incredibly knowledgeable and provided detailed answers to all of my questions. She made sure to explain everything clearly and with enthusiasm, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
Not bad, my apartment was clean, and the office staff were amazing at walking me through the application process.
I lived here for 3 years and I can confidently say management and the staff were the most useless and unfair people. I was charged for random things multiple times. I tried to fight it each time but it was a losing battle and with school I just got too busy. However, even during move out we cleaned the entire place and left it in great condition yet they still nitpick and find the most obscure thing to charge you. One of the most regrettable decisions I’ve made renting here. Everything is overpriced including utilities which is absolutely ridiculous considering our plumbing has been dysfunctional for the majority of our lease. Basic living needs like consistent hot water and a functioning toilet were a rarity in the time spent here. Management is the least helpful and most unprofessional I’ve ever experienced with their “general manager” Casey practically ghosting me after several unfulfilled promises of “updates” on endless issues. i would honestly give 0 stars if i could. this place is terrible for how much it is. half of the appliances are broken and everything was filthy before even moving in. stay away
