Great building to live in, my living room is very spacious and master bedroom is perfect!!
I have lived here for 2 years now and for the most part things were fine. Begin a student, I have bigger things to worry about than most issues I've had throughout my stay here. But with the current situation I am very disappointed with how me and my fiance are being treated. When we moved in, there was mold in our apartment and management was dismissive about it. We brought up our concerns from day one, when we were told our unit was “move-in ready”—despite black mold being visibly present all throughout the bathroom. We immediately raised health concerns, but were dismissed and reassured that we would be “fine and safe.” We made it clear we wouldn’t be officially moving in until the issue was resolved. I had an amazing experience on the tour with Lindsay! She was incredibly knowledgeable and provided detailed answers to all of my questions. She made sure to explain everything clearly and with enthusiasm, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
Not bad, my apartment was clean, and the office staff were amazing at walking me through the application process.
