My goal was to get back to doing what I love doing the most and that is getting back to my gym at CoreFit as soon as possible. RecommendedBest workout ever! Can not even put into words how absolutely wonderful the staff is. I have made some great friends at U-dist. But, the very best thing is it's not like a gym. I have never felt like I was being looked at and judged. I have severe gymphobia but it has never been an issue at U-dist.
