I have been taking my babies here for a few years to get their nails trimmed. Pugs hate having their nails trimmed, but Rhianna has the most patience for them, especially Bella. I have used some other places, but no one will ever be as good as Rhianna. Bella, Tug the Pug and Minnie absolutely love Rhianna. 🐾❤
The self serve option was great! Lots of options on shampoos, warm water and the bath easy to use. The brush and dry room was super helpful. And getting to pick out a cute bandana to take home was so fun! Much better then bathing Maggie at home! I think both me and Maggie appreciate it! 🥳
Today was my first time taking my boy, Scout! He has anxiety and I was worried but the staff made me feel relieved with leaving him there to be groomed. When I came to pick him up, I knew he was well taken care of and I will be back! He looks so handsome, fresh, and clean! I’m satisfied with the service and Scout is too!
Called to make a appointment for my Yorkie and let them know on the phone that he is blind and diabetic. I was told he would more or less become priority due to being diabetic. I dropped him off at 11:00 and told them I would be back between 1:30 and 2:00..I show up to pick him up and he has not had anything done to him..they claim they gave him a bath but that is a lie..Very disappointing! I will NOT be returning to this establishment.

I used the grooming service and absolutely blown away with how friendly the staff is, the amazing environment, and the groomer took the time to introduce herself to my pup to make her comfortable. I am definitely a lifetime customer!
Took my mini Labradoodle today and they did an awesome job. Love the little report card given upon check out! I highly recommend 🥰
