Front desk people were useless
Outstanding customer service... I opted in for the early move in and signed a new lease agreement that required me to pay the early move-in fee but I got some travel dates wrong and had to call them up to try and reverse it. The front desk person reached out to the manager quickly and gave me a response within the hour. Very thankful and optimistic about living here!
I LOVE UClub Townhomes! Great place to live. Super convenient to get to school and football games. The staff is also so wonderful and amazing. Absolutely love them!! 10/10 recommended!!
