Living wise fine. But when you leave they are very stingy, cheap, and try to get every penny they can. I got charged over 300 dollars and so did my roommates for wiping dust off surfaces and trash outside that wasn’t even ours
WOW! 5 stars across the board. I absolutely loved it here. I don’t typically do reviews, but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to let everyone know how amazing my experience was! Between the friendly management, quick service, and beautiful property, these will forever be my favorite townhomes. Thanks Uclub staff for making my experience so memorable!
I love U Club! The staff is so friendly, the areas are so clean and tidy, and the maintenance is quick and reliable! The best place to live in college station!!!
I have had the best experience living here so far! It is very convenient to campus and the people are all very nice. Maintenance is also very fast if there is ever an issue.
