My stepson and I toured here a couple of weeks back and the girl we toured with, Ellie, was so helpful. He’s our youngest, but the first in our family to attend A&M. She gave us so many tips on how to survive College Station living and answered even our silliest questions. The townhomes are a little small for the price, but I was told if you sign/renew in November/December, then it would be around ~$750, which is a great price for what you’re getting. I’ve been living here for a few years. There’s one maintenance guy who should be fired but they don’t do anything about it. He came to fix something in my bathroom and left pee marks around my toilet/the toilet seat up and I am a female. He also does a terrible job at fixing everything, and is just lazy. On top of that, the appliances and rest of the apartments are pretty run down compared to the tour one. There were holes/scratches left in the walls from previous tenants. My daughter stayed here for a year and in terms of amenities and overall quality it was good. However, one word of caution and advice is don’t room with someone who has a pet unless you 100% know that pet is going to be quiet and a good animal for your townhome. Once you sign and agree to there being a pet in the townhome the pet owner will have more power than your student in terms of disputes arising.
