Got charged for a scratch to the front end of the truck that was not caused by us. This place is awful and such a scam. I would not recommend it to anyone!! Manager was awful to deal with. Upon request of a picture of the so called damage they never sent it. Poor, poor service!! Will absolutely not recommend and steer everyone I know clear of this place. Wish I could give zero stars.
Simple and easy check in and return of truck. Charles was a great help. Thanks so much. I will definitely be back for my moving needs!
