They did excellent work...and they stand behind their work. This is the only company i use for HVAC and plumbing services.
U 1st Svcs. comes to my rescue again...my relationship with started with the servicing my A/C & Heating units in the Spring & Fall. Then one of my 50 gal. water heaters went out, unrepairable...U 1st Svcs. removed and replaced, and as you know when one of them goes out, it's just a matter of time before the other one does. When it did, U 1st to the rescue...just this pass week the Main A/C unit goes out on me at the 18th yr., a 5 ton...U 1st Svcs. really rescued me on this one and the Outside unit along with Coil & Compresso... read more

This company is beyond shady!!! Had to deal with this company through my home warranty. They came out and replaced the motor on my Air conditioner. At the time, the technician said that he was supposed to talk to my about a service contract . I told him to give me a call since I was looking for someone to do the HVAC maintenance and didn't have a problem with them at the time. The next week my air conditioner would not work again. U-1st came out to our house on 05/08/19 to fix our air conditioner.... one of 3 service guys that were there was acting super weird, and using foul language (not very professional). He mentioned he was the service manager. When the guys got finished, my fiancé had some questions for him as he did not understand. He literally told him that he was only asking because he was ignorant to the situation.
