The best walk in clinic in Montreal! I visited this clinic a few months ago while dealing with a bad cold and had completely lost my voice. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was welcoming, kind, and made sure I was seen quickly. Since I only had an Ontario health card at the time, I was charged for the visit, but the receptionist noticed I had been overcharged and thoughtfully issued me a parcel refund. I have been coming to this clinic for about 7 years and have never had a better experience anywhere else. The kindness, efficiency, the staff from secretaries to doctors to social workers are a notch above. I’d like to give a special shout out to dear Rivka my social worker who worked so hard with and for me to get a grip on my debilitating anxiety. And she did! I have never experienced better care in Quebec. Staff, including secretaries, are always polite and efficient and do their best to accommodate the patient. I have never experienced a wait time of over ten minutes, and they can to many tests on site so I have never had to be referred to the hospital for extra testing. Very well run institution and hassle free.
Very difficult to get an appointment, sometimes they tell you to call back in a week and try again, sometimes they dont pick up the phone. If youre a few minutes late for you appointment they charge you but then sometimes the doctor is an hour late and youre stuck waiting there for an hour after having taken time off work. But it's free
Dr. Raoul Bonan is one of, if not the worst doctor I have ever seen. Rude to the point of cruelty. Incredibly dismissive. Zero bedside manner. Treated me like an inconvenience from the moment I entered the room and a ragdoll on the exam table. Disregarded existing diagnoses, medications, symptoms I was actively telling him about.
