Lived there for 4 years. Paid on time in those 4 years. Kept the apartment nice and clean, no damage. They still kept my deposit. I'm happily not in Florida anymore and after living at Rolling Hills I never want to return. Roaches run rampant, always leaving threatening messages at your door about charging you extra if you're area is dirty. When I would put work orders in, no one would show up for months. Maintenance don’t fix anything . There always water issue such as leaking and clogs. The office staff don’t communicate with the residents. I wonder what Corporate is doing cause if I own a property I would make sure it’s running how it supposed to be. It’s just sad.
