This is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed at I am almost out of my lease. If I could afford to break it I would. There are holes in my wall leading from my bathroom to bedroom they won’t fix. I have mold in my ceilings. I have mold in my window units. All of these things have been reported but they can’t keep a maintenance personnel or leasing staff. I would not recommend living at this apartment complex at all. The maintenance is terrible and nothing ever gets fixed properly or on time. There are bugs everywhere, cracks in the walls and roof, plumbing problems constantly, and overall the apartments are poorly maintained. Every time an issue is reported, it either gets ignored or patched temporarily without actually fixing the problem. The living conditions are unacceptable for the amount of rent being charged. Maria helped me through the entire application process and was there for me every step of the way, from the moment I applied until I received my approval. She made everything so much easier for me. I’ve been living here for a year and half now and this is a terrible place to live they do not fix anything there is holes in my walls that were there when I moved in the paint is terrible the ac units do not work my doors do not close properly the office does not like to fix anything all they want to do is collect rent money.
North Washington apartments needs to upgrade now they left concrete open in my kid's room my kids don't got hurt or anything ,North Washington apartments can do better than this
