I’ve been living here for a year and half now and this is a terrible place to live they do not fix anything there is holes in my walls that were there when I moved in the paint is terrible the ac units do not work my doors do not close properly the office does not like to fix anything all they want to do is collect rent money.
North Washington apartments needs to upgrade now they left concrete open in my kid's room my kids don't got hurt or anything ,North Washington apartments can do better than this

The property manager promptly addressed and fixed the issues I was having. Pest control showed up today and completed treatment. They’re working to make the community look more welcoming / cleaner, Thank you Mariann !
