Update my ceiling still is not fixed Been living here along time the new management is by for the worst yet. I have been waiting to get my ceiling fixed from a leak in the roof for 3 or more months. They just went up on my rent without even giving me a new lease and on top of that they charging me a month to month fee. How and I signed nothing never was given an option. Been complaining about rats for months and nothing has been done.
They fixed all the problems I was having. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice to live in. Everybody in the neighborhood is nice and helps each other. The landlord is very understanding once you talk with her. The maintenance guys do their best to get the job done in a timely manner.
Does anyone know how I can get in contact with the office here or the property manager? I’ve been trying to call and no one ever answers me :( I would really love to lease here ASAP!!! I’m deposit ready and all, due to my situation I cannot visit in person at the moment UPDATE: the communication here sucks, I was suppose to sign another year here but management had none of my paper work ready, I paid another year of renters insurance for no reason, my deadline to resign was November 1st, she said she’d email corporate to ext... read more
