First, the owner is extremely responsive for important questions. In a world of bots that answer phones or unanswered emails from help desks, this is refreshing. He is also very reasonable and highly intelligent. It shows in the seminars. I've done several and will continue to do so because the quality is fantastic!! Also, there is always a course taking place and the variety of topics is vast. I am very pleased with TZK!! Customer for life!! Thank you!!
I've been using both live and recorded education sessions from TZK Seminars since 2019. These are excellent sessions from professionals currently working, or with an extensive history of working, in the subject matter. I highly, highly recommend TZK. I have had no problems with certifcation, test scores, or even having multiple browsers open to download and view attachements. They provide excellent directions up front including disclaimers.
TZK Seminars delivers seminars that are captivating, current, thoughtful, and applicable by the very expert in that field. As a practitioner of 18 years, I've done my fair share of CEU's and was looking for that "next level." TZK encompasses doctoral level material that includes the latest updates in science, research, and techniques. I find the presenters to be engaging and quite fascinating. Well done, TZK.
I passed a webinar test with a 91% and received my CEU certificate. However, my score was recorded on my portal as a 71%. I emailed Keith Hannan, the director, about this several times. The first time he stated that I must be mistaken and could not have possibly received my certificate. I then emailed him my certificate, along with a screen shot of my passing grade (if you take a seminar with this company, always take a screenshot of your scores).
