If I could leave 0 stars I would. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND NEVER LEASE HERE!! The washer and dryer are in a separate building with only four washers and four dryers for the entire complex. The machines frequently do not work properly, are very small, and often do not clean clothes properly making them impossible to use regularly (half the tenants end up going to the laundromat). Haven On Canal is the first place I got as I moved from Indiana. At first, everything felt good because it was my first place I got by myself as a young adult. I didn't mind not having in-unit laundry, only having 2 windows, I didn't even mind my minuscule kitchen that has a half stove (I could go on about the half-ass fixing of the walls and such—the landlord special, but I’ll spare) Will Jackson was very kind, welcoming, and helpful through the process. First place I’ve lived in Florida and I love these apartments. The management (Will Jackson) is fantastic, prices are reasonable, it’s a very quiet complex tucked away but close enough to canal and some local restaurants to walk to. Maintainance has never taken more than a day to address any issues we’ve had. No complaints. Definitely renewing our lease.
When we first moved here we were delighted to find out so many things were great about it here. Like the remodeled units, the grounds are kept clean, the people are so nice here especially the tenants. It’s so quiet and peaceful, we love it!
It’s a great place to stay/rent everyone here is friendly I would 100% recommend this place to other people who are looking to rent for a great price. And also the leasing office manager is a great friendly guy great to talk to and great guy to be around and get to know
