Everything got so bad since Eileen left the front office. my apartment is falling apart. my front door doesn't feel safe anymore because there's termite damage. I've put in a lot of maintenance requests, but they haven't fixed anything but my drain in my tub. Please for all that right in the work bring Eileen back and fire the lady the not even doing her job up there in the office. By the way I used an alternate account for the last review but now that I know that I had to you the email with my real name
I have been living here for eight going on nine years and I had the best experience with Kevin as the maintenance and Eileen as the person in the office as you call they are on the spot wish they were still here
Greetings-&-salutations, by this upcoming Sept. 05, 2025, will already be 1 year exactly from when my 2 friendly-pets & I moved to Ridge Apartment complex. I gave it 5 stars ever since because Mrs. Tanya & Eileen Zevola were both very pretty-nicely-friendly-&-kindly office-managers "they came to our rescue when they fed us tenants peanut-butter-&-jelly sandwiches and water-bottles to drink during dinner-time since Oct. 10, 2024 around dinner-time. I have lived at the ridge apartments since 2022. I have seen some managers come and go. Eileen who is the assistant office manager is awesome. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. Kevin the head of Matienance is great and has done a great job cleaning up the complex. They are a great team.
