Older complex with lots of mature trees and green space, very convenient walkable location on the bus line. Residents mostly keep to themselves. Apartments are quiet on the inside. Not perfect but very comfortable.
Myrlande stay after hour to help me with an application we truly appreciate that.
2026 update: Maintenance is lacking since Kevin left the complex, I’ve had 3 requests out for weeks if not months 2 were for plumbing issues (1 toilet & the shower continuously leaking ) - both that still have not been fixed and only one has even been addressed by the maintenance crew. i was told twice regarding the toilet they would be bringing out a plumber -this has not happened- even after speaking with the office personal while i was out of the state.
