I’ve been here for around 3 years now. What I like most is when I need help, I get it. Kevin from maintenance and Eileen (management) have been very impactful in making sure Ridge operates smoothly. Every property has issues from here to Bangladesh, but these two have been great to work with. Oh, and Ridge is a good place to live.
I have lived at this complex since October 2024, first with roommates, and now in my own unit. When I first moved in, I had a decent experience. Ms. Eileen in the front office was extremely helpful and communicative, and Kevin from maintenance was the most reliable person on the property. Sadly, since both of them have been gone, everything has gone downhill fast. Maintenance is completely disorganized. Tenants are left waiting weeks sometimes months for basic repairs. Changing review……. My wife and I have lived here for 7+ years and ever since Stephanie the previous manager left things have gotten way worse. Kathy and her Pose have made it worse to live here (she also has personally done me wrong and we don’t even know each other). They lie and do not follow up, things get lost, office hours are inconsistent, phone numbers do not work and don’t even leave a message it doesn’t work. I've been a resident to this community for nearly 10 years. I've seen multiple owners, multiple property managers and numerous maintenance workers. This place has really come a long way. Eileen & Tanya in the office are great. If you have a concern, they are attentive and quick to address it. Kevin, the maintenance guy is amazing- truly a hero in my book!
