I have only been here a month and the management here is very unsatisfactory. As of now I live in the H Complex and after the first month, the electricity has been surging, browning out, and flickering. I lost 3 appliances and replaced 6 light bulbs. Maintenance is god aweful and does not even coordinate with the front office because I always get different information. I myself literally called FPL to look at everything only to find out it is indeed FAULTY WIRING! WHICH IS AGAINST CODE FOR CODE ENFORCMENT! I would not recomm... read more
This apartment is very affordable and in a great location. The property manager Tanya is wonderful—helpful, punctual, and professional. She guided me through the application process and made sure I was well-informed every step of the way. I really appreciate the improvements that have been made in the office recently. It's a much more welcoming and safer environment now. I'm also glad that Eileen is no longer there.
