W-O-W ! ! ! What a difference ! ! ! .... I recently went into the office at your apartments on S. Beach St in Daytona Beach, FL... I had been there several years ago and was not impressed... This time I was met by a friendly smile and a very knowledgeable staff person... I was shown several refurbished 2 and 3 bedroom apartments... They were all very nice and what I would consider "well above average" from what it had been before... The rest of the complex reflected the care and attention to upgraded detail that your company... read more

THIS REVIEW IS IN REGARDS TO TIMBERFALLS APARTMENTS, RAN BY TZADIK MANAGEMENT. I HAVE BEEN A RESIDENT HERE FOR 3 GOING ON 4 YEARS. THIS PAST YEAR WHEN I RESIGNED MY LEASE THEY RAISED MY RENT $115!KEEP IN MIND I DIDN'T GET ONE SINGLE UPGRADE AFTER THEY RAISED MY RENT AND I'M ONLY PAYING $35 LESS THAN A NEW RESIDENT WITH A FULLY UPGRADED APARTMENT. THAT WAS 4 MONTHS AGO AND I'M STILL TRYING TO CATCH MY LIGHT BILL UP! NOW THEY WANT EVERYONE THEY MADE ME SIT IN THE HEAT FOR 6 MONTHS DURING SUMMER BECAUSE THEY KEPT REFUSING TO FI... read more
