I would like to say that the property has a roach infestation that is going to take some time to get under control if it ever does. The exterminators that were hired doesnt do a very good job at it. I moved in without being told that there was roaches here. I spoke with the secretary or leasing person in the office on many occasion asking to be moved to different apt. or to be let out my lease. The roaches are so bad they crawl in bed with you, in the toilet tub, and all over the furniture in the living room. I wouldnt advis... read more

I want y'all know that Mrs *** is very nice young lady I really enjoyed talking to here she very nice and mostly definitely different and unique manager she listens to my situation at Kings trail apartments apt 4 she was understanding and I listened to what she had to say as well and she started to me what step she had to go through as well and she also gave me a time frame when stuff supposed be done and poeple I was coming on the 18 and they came on may 18 2020 she very honest and trust she was straight to the point on eve... read more

Please, DO NOT MOVE HERE Here are the more critical improvement opportunities in this complex. The following points are based on my 2-year lease experience in this complex. 1. The overall conditions deserve a 0-Star rating (I am writing this cold headed and Not joking) there is trash all over the place. By far the WORST place I've ever lived in. Everything from constant shootouts, drug deals, rat infestations, roaches, mold, waiting forever to have anything fixed you also have to deal with the being shaken down by tow trucks called on tenants to tow your car when you're parked somewhere that is NOT clearly defined as a tow away zone. We've been here about 6 months I think, seems like a lifetime and now we're dealing with a water leak in the bathroom where you can clearly see it's leaked before, the guy came in, looked at it... read more

W-O-W ! ! ! What a difference ! ! ! .... I recently went into the office at your apartments on S. Beach St in Daytona Beach, FL... I had been there several years ago and was not impressed... This time I was met by a friendly smile and a very knowledgeable staff person... I was shown several refurbished 2 and 3 bedroom apartments... They were all very nice and what I would consider "well above average" from what it had been before... THIS REVIEW IS IN REGARDS TO TIMBERFALLS APARTMENTS, RAN BY TZADIK MANAGEMENT. I HAVE BEEN A RESIDENT HERE FOR 3 GOING ON 4 YEARS. THIS PAST YEAR WHEN I RESIGNED MY LEASE THEY RAISED MY RENT $115!KEEP IN MIND I DIDN'T GET ONE SINGLE UPGRADE AFTER THEY RAISED MY RENT AND I'M ONLY PAYING $35 LESS THAN A NEW RESIDENT WITH A FULLY UPGRADED APARTMENT.
