Its was a rough start with the old property manager where I am at in their many buildings and places. But with that one gone and Colleen as the new manger. Things have started to look up. So dont count these properties. There may be some with some past troubles and histories. I believe and feel now things are gonna be better and have already started to improve from day one.
I had a slow drain in my tub Solomon came over and fixed it within minutes it was fixed very quickly. Shout out to tzadik management and Solomon for a quick fix.
