I just moved into one of the units at Cleveland heights. The staff have been super friendly and helpful so far. Katelyn has been great throughout the process and compt our September rent because of a few inconveniences on their end. But the unit was pretty dirty upon arrival. Some parts of the floor and cabinets were sticky, wood dust on the floor from installing new doors I'm guessing, carpet looks like it hasn't been redone in a long time and the walls were dirty. Welcome to the Tzadik experience! Aside from our mail boxes getting broken into and our packages stolen and vehicles damaged this is our entrance to the building, every worried you are gonna catch a disease trying to walk into your building? I am and I actually pay to live here, YUK!
The worst rental company ever! Roaches, mold, leaking, broken appliances.
Wouldn’t recommend. They were quick to take my $20 application fee, but after that the communication was terrible. They kept asking me for more and more documentation, then stopped responding altogether. If you need people who communicate and keep you updated during the application process, this wasn’t my experience. A simple approval, denial, or update would’ve been appreciated instead of leaving applicants hanging.
