Bad management, Shady tenants Never had so many problems with an apartment complex. Literally all we do is wake up go to work and come home and be quiet. Whenever we have had a problem, we've always had to deal with the manager Nichole who constantly has an attitude problem. All the Above I agree with everything that has already been mentioned. There is a definite farce in regards to the way this complex operates. Management is very quick to be on you for the smallest of things yet fulfill none of their own obligations aside from collecting your rent each month. We have had poor AC flow in to our bedroom, while the rest of the apartment is set at 72 F, the bedroom feels more like 80. Laundry machines have malfunctioned in numerous ways and we've lost money. Resident This place sucks staff nothing but lies free cable it’s not cable it’s satallite and cost 24 dollars a month for 2 chanels in English mold drugs prostitution and a project at best all in all the worst place to live anywhere

New Management cares I have lived in this apartment complex for five years. With the new management things are way better. Kathy the property manager is awesome and is always willing to help the tenants. The new maintenance crew are awesome and top of things. When my fridge went out the problem was solved that day. I highly recommend this place.

What a differance We looked at these units a year ago, liked the location, but were not impressed... We came back when we saw it was under new management... The new company has really improved the complex... We met the resident manager - Kathy - and were impressed with her knowledge of the upgrades and over all management.... We will be moving soon and this place will be very high on our list.....

WOW ! ! What a change New management is really doing a great job... Kathy was great.... She showed us several refurbished units... Nice! ! ! The new company is making good on their promise to upgrade everything.... I would give the overall rating at about 4.5...

Drugs,Mold,rats,FELONS First off... There is no pet area,game room,granite,hardwoodfloors or fireplaces.....there is fake laminate that looks like wood, a clubhouse but you can't use it because it's been converted to offices. We do however have tons of illegal pit bulls, drugs, drug dealers, rats and mold! Lived her 3 years and watched it go down hill the management doesn't have a clue Office staff are a bunch of idiots who know nothing about property management.Rob,Todd&Ed are the only ones who knows what they are doing and... read more

not what they appear to be This Apartment complex is slow to perform any maintenance calls. The management and lease states to call from everything to a light bulb but it takes several days if not a week for most task to be perfomed. The complex has too many rules and regulations for being lower end older apartments. This is a no smoking complex which did not appear in any of the advertisements.
