Big spend, no regrets. The thing I'd tell somebody is to ask what happens to the decking if it's soft underneath, because that's where the surprises live on these jobs. They answered that before I asked it, with a rate written into the quote. When they did find soft sheeting they photographed it, sent it over, and waited for me to say yes. That's all I wanted from the process and it's more than I got from the last roofer.

Zdan showed up on time the first visit and actually went over the whole roof before they put a number on paper. We needed a full replacement and they talked me through the what that would look like. The install ran a couple of days and the crew working steady the whole time. They clean the yard up well when they finished Angela walk around with me to show me what was done. The finished rough as a real upgrade and the price for a job that size. Easy people to deal with the whole way through

first impression was good. the rep came out on time, did the measurements, climbed up there and took his time. emailed me a quote that broke everything down clearly. install crew was a different team but they were just as solid. they replaced our whole roof in one really long day which I didnt expect. they did some work over in Glenview for my coworker too which is how I heard about them. final result looks great, ridge line is clean and the color matches what I picked
