roof was in bad shape, shingles curling up everywhere and we were getting leaks every time it rained hard. got a few quotes and went with Zdan because they were clear about what needed to happen and didnt try to push stuff we didnt need. full tear off and replacement on our Northbrook house took a few days. new roof looks great and weve had some solid rain since then, completely dry inside. big relief after dealing with buckets for months
Our roof has reached the point where it really needed to be replaced so we started looking for the right company to handle the job on the installation day. The crew came well prepared and completed the full replacement efficiently coming home after it was finished was a relief it all looks solid, clean and done right it’s great to know the roof is now fully secured And built to last.
We had the roof fully replaced with dimensional shingles after noticing some wear and leaks starting around the edges. The installation went smoothly and the finished roof looks clean and well done against the brick exterior. Everything feels solid now and it's good knowing the problem areas were addressed the right way
