Our old roof was at the end of its life and we knew a full replacement was coming, just kept putting it off. got three quotes for a full tear off and TZ was the middle one but the owner actually walked the roof and explained stuff. scheduling took maybe two weeks. crew knocked it out in a day and a half. the office lady kept me in the loop the whole time which i apprecaited
TZ Roofing handled our full roof replacement last month. We got three bids and theirs was middle of the road price-wise but they were the most upfront about what the job actually involved, which is what sold us. The shingles they put down have a nice look to them, darker than what we had before, and the whole thing just feels more solid. Took about three days start to finish which was right on schedule.
The estimate process was probably the part that surprised me most - they actually sat down and walked through everything without making us feel like we had to decide on the spot. Crew showed up early both days and wrapped the whole thing up quicker than the time they gave us. I keep looking at it from the driveway and the lines are just really clean. They texted updates too which my wife appreciated since i was at work for most of day two
Last fall Ted replaced a bay window for me. 6 months later the aluminum trim cover came off, and the board has completely warped. When I got up to check it out, I found out that he never caulked around the base of the window to seal it. He promised to come back out and fix it, but the day came and went. I've called several times left several messages and nothing.
