Self control, discipline, respect!
I love Tyson's Taekwondo because it not only teaches kids self defense, it also teaches them to respect themselves, their elders, and their peers. The classes are only an hour long but your child can come in as many days that they are open if they want to. The kids are encouraged to do their best no matter what level of belt they are. I also like the fact that the kids with higher belts are encouraged to mentor the lower belts by taking them through whatever form they are working on step by step. Mr. Tyson is an amazing teacher, I am very happy I stayed with him for so many years while I was a teenager. Even now, everything he has taught me has helped me with mastery of myself. The best thing about martial arts is the self discipline and you will receive it here! He is great with kids and even has an after school program!
