It's not 24/7
I was visiting the area and looking for a drop in gym. I chanced upon Tyson’s Playground and it seemed to tick all the boxes, drop in rates, powerlifting, machines. All I can say when I got here is WOW…great gym, well set out, all the gear, seperate powerlifting section, great general area, massive space and the welcome was just brilliant. Ken was welcoming, helped to point everything out, came round and checked all was good during my session. Outstanding gym for powerlifting!
Best gym in the area. PERIOD. From the state of the art equipment, to cleanliness, to culture, to vibes...it is hands down the best spot to get a workout in and take your lifting up a level. I was taken aback going there, it's legit a "gyms gym."
