Very friendly place and space. The equipment is amazing the people are friendly and it's never packed. I don't have to wait for machines and its perfect mix between traditional weightlifting and powerlifting. I love it

Tyson’s Playground is everything you could ever ask of an elite training facility high end modern equipment, clean, professionally run, tier 1 trainers, 24/7 access & friendly members. I joined sometime last year and even though I was only able to come for 2 or 3 months it quickly became home to me I absolutely love this place. I had to overcome some huge family and financial hurdles that prevented me from prioritizing the gym or even being away from the house for any significant time. I’ve had a great experience at Tysons Playground. The gym is clean, well organized, and has a focused, no-distraction atmosphere. Ken Stewart, the owner, is knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely cares about making sure each member is a good fit. There’s no high-pressure sales—just honest guidance and support. Lenny is an excellent trainer who clearly explains the focus of each exercise and helps you understand how to properly target each muscle group, which makes workouts much more effective.
