Office staff was so kind and helpful, amazing experience getting my work done with Dr. Wasser and her team!
I went there for check-up but I was not satisfied with the services so I did not opt for further treatment and just for check-up they charged $1000 to my insurance, this is very disheartening and not trustworthy centre at all.
I had an extremely frustrating experience with Tyson’s Modern Dentistry. I went in for a temporary filling, and it fell out three times. Instead of taking accountability for their mistake, they are now telling me to go back to my regular dentist to fix their poor work. Beyond the subpar dental care, the communication at this office is terrible. No one kept me informed about what was happening or what to expect, and I had to chase down answers myself. I would give 0 stars if possible, because this place completely wasted my time, and nothing annoys me more than my time being wasted. I called to book an appt as a new patient a few weeks ago, I gave them my insurance info, and they said yes you are covered. When I walk in today, the receptionist tells me “oh you’re just covered for medical actually” (meaning what I came for, my basic routine cleanings, would be paid out of pocket). Update: AJ the Ops manager reached out ot me and rectified the situation. I may consider returning to this pratice for dental care as the staff has always been friendly and professional, just billing is odd. Previously: Billing at this practice is an utter nightmare. I’ve been overcharged March 2023, was refunded $93 in Oct 2023, and now 2 yrs later I get a bill for $30…sorry no. I’m not paying that.
