Extreme displeasure is an understatement Within the first two weeks, we kept track of how many cockroaches we found and killed (not to mention the ones we didn't get). Our total was over 85. We found 6 within the first forty minutes of moving in. The first time we were told that an exterminator would come, a maintenance man with two cans of Raid showed up. We were told by our leasing consultant that our rent would be compensated for as long as we had a roach problem. This never happened. We've had the following issues with o... read more
