Very disappointing experience. I was originally told the treatment would cost $367 if completed, but during the procedure the endodontist found a crack in the tooth and decided not to continue the treatment, recommending extraction instead. Even though the work was left incomplete, I was still charged $300. I also feel the payment and treatment expectations were not clearly explained from the beginning, which was frustrating and misleading. Dr. Suh fit me into his schedule and was very efficient and pleasant. Root pain gone. Smooth recovery with good instructions. Friendly staff.
Fantastic practice. Front desk staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr Nalls is amazing. He helped to calm my nerves (I am normally a really stressed out dental patient). He explained everything he was doing which helped me. I was a new patient they were able to get me in quickly. I highly recommend them to everyone.
Dr. Suh first performed a root canal for me years ago. I was extremely pleased with that first service and he performed another root canal in March 2026. I would recommend Dr. Suh to anyone for endodontic treatment. He is professional and patient and thoughtful. He personally called after both procedures to check on me and to ensure that there were no complications.
Dr. Suh is the best. I was referred to him for a root canal from my dentist. I was bit leery because my last root canal wasn't a pleasant experience, but Dr. Suh was very proficient and efficient. I had no pain during or after the procedures during two visits. He even called both evenings to check up on me. The receptionist who handled my appointments and payments is also always very pleasant to work with you. I highly recommend.
