From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. I was greeted by the front desk receptionist, Gabby, who was polite, professional, and personable. Her warm demeanor immediately helped calm my nerves. I have been coming to Dr Suh for many, many years, and the attentive professionalism has been exceptional and consistent. So grateful he continues to take care of his patients. The office staff is also incredibly helpful and cordial.

Very disappointing experience. I was originally told the treatment would cost $367 if completed, but during the procedure the endodontist found a crack in the tooth and decided not to continue the treatment, recommending extraction instead. Even though the work was left incomplete, I was still charged $300. I also feel the payment and treatment expectations were not clearly explained from the beginning, which was frustrating and misleading. Dr. Suh fit me into his schedule and was very efficient and pleasant. Root pain gone. Smooth recovery with good instructions. Friendly staff.

Fantastic practice. Front desk staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr Nalls is amazing. He helped to calm my nerves (I am normally a really stressed out dental patient). He explained everything he was doing which helped me. I was a new patient they were able to get me in quickly. I highly recommend them to everyone.
